PERSONALTRAINING

I qualified with St. Mary's University, Twickenham in 2000. Previous to that I was teaching numerous aerobic, step and toning classes having qualified with London Central YMCA in exercise to music in 1995.

I do home visits and will teach on a one to one basis or one to two if you feel more comfortable working out with a friend or partner.

I like to teach a varied routine combining both cardiovascular and weight bearing exercises. My routine will incorporate step, mini trampoline, boxing and various other pieces of equipment to tone and improve flexibility and stamina.

My aim is to make my clients feel comfortable and enjoy exercise, making it an important part of their life and increasing their confidence with themselves.
